Mountain Biking - Does Urban count as Mountain Biking? [Photos]

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Very nice shots, but don't let the tree huggers see these, they might get you for Tree abuse!

I'm not concerning about tree huggers... it's those crazy PETA folks that scare me! ;)

Merton,
Ride with speed, when you get to wall bunny hop and ride. It looks complicated but once you try it 200 times it becomes easy :D...A Good transition on and off the wall helps too but that guy looks like he doesn't need one. Damn good skills.
Great pick! It may not be mountain biking, but it sure looks like fun!!

Love the MTB scene in Ottawa. Ohh looks like one of those 1.5 headtubes. I am guessing Evil Imperial or LeToy?
Edit: mmmhhhmmm Looks like hookworms too

I believe it's the new LeToy 4, the headbadge is the #24 (not for Jeff Gordon)

Saw one in the shop today. These bikes are too weird. It can accomodate a 4-7 inch fork. Talk about flexible.

I love my Hookworms. Except when I gotta take em off or put em on the rims. Then I hate them.
