Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - List of FG/SS Hubs

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I think it would be useful and neat to compile a list of single speed and fixed gear hubs available. Please include colors, drillings, O.L.D., fixed/free threading, average retail price, and the company's website for that particular hub product.
White Industries (http://whiteind.com/rearhubs/singlespeedhubs.html):
-Eric's Eccentric ENO: Silver/Black, 28/32/36, 126/130/135 mm (disc: 135 mm), fixed/free or free/disc, $160-175
-Standard ENO: Silver/Black, 28/32/36, 130/135 mm (disc: 135 mm), free or free/disc (or fixed/free upon request), $175-180

Anything can be made SS these days, haha.
Also, it seems that most FG hubs you see fall into one of several categories:
Formula-type: cheap, but good. Bombproof bearings.
Phil Wood/Paul: Expensive, excessively bombproof
DA/Suzue/Non-sealed-NJS-stuff: NJS CHEAHHHHHHH
Campy (new and vintage): need we say more.
Am I missing anything?

It took me about 3 minutes to copy down the info from the White Industries website and post it. If you find the info on whatever hub/hubs that you care to find, feel free to post them. This is a collaborative effort. Thank you.
