I have been in Denver the last couple of days for an Expo and even though it has been sub-freezing I have seen lots of bike out and about. It is seemingly a quite bicycle friendly downtown area.

Most of Colorado is pretty bike-friendly. Especially the in the smaller towns and cities that run north and south of Denver between southern Colorado Springs and Fort Collins. Denver is definitely safer to ride in than most other cities its size in the U.S.

Denver (and CO in general) is quite bike friendly and a *great* place to ride. Next time you're out here bring riding gear and rent a ride at Salvagetti's : http://www.salvagetti.com/service/rentals/

I was speaking at the Convention Center, so I definitely saw the Big Blue Bear. It was a nice area. My son would have gone nuts if he had seen the rail system.
