Listened to BBC radio tonight and heard a segment on Zambikes.Went online and searched...watched a video on YouTube.(don't know how to put a link here and the address is way too long to copy)
Zambikes is a Zambian company initiated by American missionaries that builds a strong, well built bicycle.
It can be used as a bicycle ambulance! Perhaps folks in this forum have already heard of them...wanted to share Zambikes with you!!

Just FYI,copying a link to your post is dead easy. If a computer illiterate like me can do it anyone can.
If you are using a PC,(dunno how it works on a Mac,)Just click on the address bar to highlight it, then it's just a cut and paste excersize. Like this

The last part of that video with the fellow pulling the trailer with the sheath of grain (oats?) tied across it illustrates one issue with two wheel bike tailers and trikes...namely that the combination is a three track vehicle which can be problematic on roads established by and for two track vehicles. In order to keep that trailer on the road, the rider is forced in many instances to steer the bike over rough and rocky sections in the middle of the road.

I use a two wheeled cargo trailer, but this is a downside that should be considered.
