17lbs. Since January 11th. Excercise and eating better, also almost no alcohol. Cosidering my Roubaix weighs in at 16.5lbs, it is the cheapest way I've found to lighten the load.

230 - 213 * Working on my certificate.

Ive lost 6 or 7 bikes 121 lbs but I have no way of getting certificate since my goalis 210 to 215 so I will always be a clyde :O).....

Kool then I'll go with a $25 to 1 Lbs lost ratio.

25 x 50 = $1250 Perfect, now I can justify the new bike!!! :thumb:

When I was younger my dad said he'd give me $100 for every 25 pounds I lost.


I should have taken him up on it lol.
