Manufacturer, Retailer, Survey and Consumer Feedback - False Advertising on Nashbar????

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Got an email promo claiming "All Items 50%" off, but when you go to the site (which of course is down, probably overloaded with visitors) and click on the promo, only 77 items show up. Other items, like tires, are NOT 50% off.

What's the deal nashbar!?? You guys need to clarify!
It's worded to mean all products in their 'Slash and Save' sale are 50%. Totally sleazy marketing. Nashbar isn't what it used to be, and they've lost my business because of it.
I have noticed that on a regular basis. They'll have a link to items that are at least some % off and within the group are items that don't meet the threshold. Another "trick" is the deal of the day. The price on the main page is not always the price when you click on the link. It seems to get higher as the day goes on, which is fine in itself, except the main page shows the original low price all day. And even another price discrepancy I've seen is in the returned items. I've found regular stock items cheaper than the equivalent returned item that are supposed to be 33% off.
