It seems like most of the state got some rain yesterday and today. It's been so long since it rained here in College Station I felt like going out and playing in it. Rode 25 miles this morning. Anyone else?

Both days, I rode my bike a few miles to the bus station, (making use of the new bike racks on the buses).

I still don't care for the cold. I can't wait for the summer heat.

We did 103 miles today in some rain off and on all day from Austin to San Antonio...does that count.

I rode a bit this evening, but it wasn't rainy just then. Talked to my dad down in Clute, and he said it hadn't rained there.

I just checked the weather and it is showing a 10% chance of rain in the morning. :) Cold, still, but an improvement.

Were you able to keep warm? AS long as we kept moving and had the right cloths. 2 of the guys rode from SA to Portland today 154 miles in 11 hours rain most of the way.. several layers and a few stops.

I rode my stripped down Redline 925 fixed gear thru that nasty cold rain and traffic tuesday and wednesday and thursday and then finally got my new bike yesterday, a Masi with fenders and gears and all that jazz right in time for it to stop raining...

And I did make my 100k ride today. :)

Yea the fenders are a big help. I hit 37 mph today I think its the fastest I've ever gone on a bicycle. we rode out to Benbrook and back. The Masi is holding up well.

Went out yesterday morning @ 7:30 for about 60 mile loop. Temps in the 40's and cloudy when we left, it poured on us on the way back. I was soaked to the core even with a goretex jacket. Pretty miserable overall, but it was still better than not riding at all.
