I got this bike for free several years ago, but I haven't even looked at it since then. I got it out and aired up the tires today, and took it for a spin. Rides/shifts very nicely. It's a 5 speed with a Shimano shifter and a Skylark derailleur. None of the other parts have a name on them (that I could see). It rides super smooth. I would keep it, but riding a tandem bike by yourself looks a little weird.

Overall it's in really good(but dusty) condition. There's a tiny bit of rust by the rear wheel and the chrome all has a little surface rust. Nothing that a little chrome polish won't fix.

I can't seem to find any pricing guide on it, so does anyone have an idea of it's value?

Oops...forgot pictures. And I also forgot to mention that it says SOUTH EL MONTE CA on the front

Not much given it appears to be low end and have rust. Are the rims steel?

The rims are steel. A similar bike sold on my local craigslist a while back. It was listed for 175 obo, and it disappeared two days later. I'm thinking I'll list mine for 150 obo and take anything over 100.
