I sent in a Quadrant headlight and a Mars 3.0 taillight as both had been malfunctioning. The headlight wouldn't work after I replaced the original batteries. The taillight's switch was getting difficult to operate until it finally stopped working. I had to remove the batteries to turn it off. The belt clip broke off my girlfriend's Mars 3.0 when going over some rough patch of asphalt so I switched clips with the malfunctioning taillight for the warranty claim.
Turn around time was very good (approximately 3 weeks), however they replaced the lights with lower model lights. They sent a Voyager 3.3 and Mars 1.0. The Quadrant doesn't appear on their website anymore so I wasn't expecting an exact replacement, but they still sell the 3.0. An e-mail to customer service requesting a 3.0 instead of the Voyager 3.3/Mars 1.0 combo set was ineffective.
"This is the replacement we have to offer as replacement. I do apologize for the inconvenience."
Meh. I'll be buying another taillight now. Probably won't be a Blackburn product. All 3 of the lights were a year old or less.
