I will be doing both of these events. Does anyone do more than one event where they expect you to raise donations? Do you ask everyone you know to sponsor you in both events or do you split them up? I almost have $200 for the tour de cure. I would like to get $500 so I can get a jersey. I have not signed up for the MS 150 yet. My debit card has been hacked. Waiting on a new one and then I will sign up.

I did the Tour de Cure March 1st and raised $500. I am also doing the MS 150 May 2009. I have $785 raised so far. I did not send emails for the MS 150 to the people who donated to the Tour de Cure, but did send the emails to everyone in my email list who did not donate to the Tour de Cure. I also sent emails to everyone I know from work which was probably well over 200 emails.

I do the Tour de Cure every May, and in August I ride the 8 Lakes Leg Aches in Spokane. I try to split up the friends and family who I ask for pledges. Its getting tougher as the economy gets worse.
There are some more benefit rides I would like to do, but I will have to take the minimum fund raising out of pocket.
