I was thinking of buying hub protectors because i grind down my spokes when i grin. I was wondering if they actually work and what is a goodone to buy and its price.

yes they do work very good from what i used to have on my bmx, there are different kinds kinds like at www.albes.com very stright forward or like the fbm guard both for bmx but i dunno what you rie they might be compatible

i have a 2004 fit series two and the dropouts are tiny. do you have any suggestions for a bike with small dropouts?

i'm pretty sure you would want to go with the fbm guard if you got smaller dropouts unless you want to protect your dropout which you might be better going with the one from albes, basically any guard is good but you can't beat anything named after fat bald men (fbm)
