I'm in the 4's. My back is at about 70% (I pulled a muscle in it three weeks ago and today will be the first real hard day of training since) so I'm hoping to get a top 10 GC finish and get some hard miles in before Ft Davis.

I have a teammate, Cat 4, who will be there for Saturday at least. He is coming to Austin Monday, for the week, looking for housing and a job. He "should" be in a orange and black Steel City Cycling kit on a Trek Madone, red, white or silver. Not sure which one he'll bring as he has more Madone's than I have wheels... I believe he said he was planning to do a Wednesday morning ride and the Driveway race for sure, possibly the Tuesday ride as well depending on how the other searches go. You guys take it easy on him out there!

So. We'll drop 40 of them by end of lap one, and another 20 by lap 3. In this case (and in most Cat 4 fields) size does not matter :)

Finishing group will be 48. The hot spot hill will spit at least 20 riders OTB. :thumb:

Yeah, I have no business in a P/1/2 stage race. Look for me in the circuits and crits though...

and M40+ in 2011 :notamused:
