I would like to spend <$200 for a frame, and am prefering a new one. Doesn't need to be painted as I know a cheap place to get it powder coated.

I've ordered from Bikeisland - just send them a note re shipping to Canada. They charge you actual cost of shipping - usually via USPS. Just prepare to be raped at customs... :(

Chucksbikes IS canadian friendly. Ships USPS. You won't get raped for brokerage like you will with other internet vendors who only ship fedex/UPS. The quality of those tsunami frames, is highly questionable.
