Was hit by a car that ran a stop sign a month ago. Still healing a broken arm and toes. The bike, unfortunately, will not be healed anytime soon.

Any legal issues arise when dealing with an accident involving a tallbike? I know people that have gotten tickets for their tallbikes because they can't reach the ground from the saddle.

bones heal on their own, metal has to be re-bent, welded, cleaned up, painted.....!

How do you stop and get off of a tallbike? How do you even get ON it?!

Thanks everyone for all of your positive thoughts.

I have yet to see if any legal issues will arise because of it being a tall bike.

I am DEFINITELY working on plans for a replacement. Just have to find someone near me who welds, or can teach me to weld.

To get on it, you just kind of push with your left foot on the right pedal (or vise versa) and climb up. Hard to explain. Getting off is easier, just pull to a stop and hop on down!
