I've got a 55cm Japanese P'mount PDG5os in a lilac splatter that's in close to perfect shape. If I put a BN full Ultegra 6600 group on it with minty R600 wheels and a modern Ultegra seatpost, newest style Flite ti saddle and a new set of ice gray 3ttt Podium bars + a Motus stem. Conti Gatorskin tires: What do you think I could honestly sell this bike for, everything either BN or so close as to be effectively NOS?

I think the parts separately will be worth more than the build. If you are building it for yourself, by all means. If you are building it to create value (higher return), I think you will be disappointed.
