I'm having a heck of a time finding threaded stems that meet these requirements
-90mm or 100mm 0 degree rise
-100mm 10 degree rise
the only one i have been able to find is the Salsa one but i know there has got to be more out there any one seen any? Any help would be great!

Wtf? Seriously?
There's like a billion threaded stems with those requirements. Unless you forgot to add "removeable faceplate". Then your options sort of dwindle. Anyways, one stem that will fit that bill would be teh Amoeba quill stems.

thanks for the replies. Unfortunately the salsa ones have bad cro moly so they are under recall (Most of the stores still say they have the Salsa but they are all out of stock. ) and don't really even know what the older ones look like though. I heard that 3ttt used to make a stem with a rise but have yet to see it anywhere. I also need a 26 mm clamp so that rules out the nittos too...
older ones looked like this:

nitto makes technomics in 26.0
