Two weeks ago, I interviewed with a major petroleum refiner and exporter for a position involving software development. Considering the other candidates who interviewed for the spot, I thought I didn't have much of a chance. I had a good interview, but wasn't overly ecstatic about the position nor did I set my hopes high. (I've been disillusioned a lot in my previous jobs, and I'm really hoping that I can find one that I actually want to boast and be proud of).

Just got a call today, and it turns out that I have three (and possibly more) site interviews ready for me! I guess they really liked that I do road bike racing... :)

I'm looking very forward to it and hope to get offers for ALL of them.

Ahhh... not sure if they're ours or not...

In any case, if you're doing anything with IT assets at a refinery, you'll likely have to get familiar with Experion. When you get stuck, let me know (notice I said "when" and not "if" hehe)...
