He'p me please! I am addicted to bike forums. My boss doesn't know it...My wife doesn't know it...I forget to pay the bills...I haven't cleaned the toilet in months...even my chain needs lubing...nothing matters to me anymore, except that blissful feeling I get when I log onto bike forums and check out the replys to my latest post. OH MAN THE RUSH IS FABULOUS!!!! I'd *Ask Gonesh9* but he's off on tour...I don't know what to do...PLEASE...post your stories. What didn't you do so you could hang out on BikeForums instead????

In truth, I've often opted to read here about bicycle riding rather than ride my bicycle. Pathetic.

On the other hand, it's great to talk bikes with folk who don't get that thousand-yard stare as I prattle on. (Or do they? No empirical evidence either way on that one.)

A few of my dinners have gone cold on the plate before I finally tore myself away from the screen. This behavior amuses the missus not at all.

I've put aside real books to read these forums!

Bike Forums has helped me beat that nasty cocaine addiction that was destroying my life a year and half ago. Yes I was hooked for 5 years and wow! Now I have money! :eek:I would rather be addicted to bike forums then addicted to cocaine. Thank you BF.

i am too. in fact it's friday today and already 1:30pm and i'm at work. problem is no work has been done yet. i've been reading the forums since i got here. similar story all week. i was actually considering blocking this website from my work computer so i could get more stuff done, but i just knew i'd unblock sooner or later. i guess the easiest thing to do is to stop posting your own threads...you'd probably be less inclined to check up on them every minute. easier said than done.

I'm avoiding removing the rear rubber just to ride to town.
My loaner is a factory rim in need to re-tread for a nice feel.
The spoke tool isn't here yet, I have a cold.
I only got 2 photo's of my bike in the mail, one's bunk, others? The interesting ones-no.
My throat is too sore to eat, no breakfast, just want to ride my bike with my usual racey rear rim.
