I'm selling my 84 Trek 500 Reynolds 501 frame and fork. Both pieces were media-blasted, primed and sanded two coats; then a base coat of DuPont Imron Pewter Gray Metallic was applied and lightly sanded followed by re-gluing the head badge and a final clear coat, all by a local vintage auto restoration specialist. This is a 60cm frame. I'm asking $350 shipped and insured via FedEx Home Delivery; for an extra $25 I will include the full set of period-correct decals--a $60 value I did not have the heart to apply--from forum member JRRestore at Velocals.com. Includes the original headset. Drop me a PM if you're interested or have any questions. I'll be posting this on eBay later this week. My asking price is well below actual cost but I do want it to go to a loving buyer who knows what they are getting. As an aside, the flecks that show up on the head badge do not appear to the naked eye under normal lighting conditions but only seem to appear when using a photo flash.
