After finding out I was starving myself the last 9 1/2 months on 1200 calories a day and losing 125# . I had a bad day and some of you Iam sure saw my other post !

Well I see the Dr tommrow and I signed up for Livestrong.com Iam surprised I can stand up after seeing what I ate and how much I ride OMG:twitchy: . NO wonder I lost so much weight so fast .I don't recomend anyone do what I did to lose weight that fast !!!!!

I checked out a pile a places online and did the free version of livestrong.com . Anyone here use it ? And if so what do you think of the site good bad or otherwise ??

I use The Daily Plate on the livestrong site to track my calories if that's what you mean. Works very well for me. Very convenient especially now that I have all my meals and common foods saved on the site. Love how it also gives a pie chart of calories from carbs/protein/fat as I try to maintain a 50/30/20 ratio. I don't bother trying to calculate calories burned via exercise.

That what I mean ! The Daily Plate I may also try some of the other features. It looks so far in a very short time I have had it that it is a good site to use .

I love The Daily Plate! It seems to have the most extensive food database of any of the weight loss/calorie tracking sites I've tried. I tend to think that it over-estimates how many calories you burn when cycling, though...

FYI, when I read the title of your post I thought you'd signed up for one of the Livestrong bicycle rides!

Iam so bicycle race DUMB I didn't even know there was a livestrong race oops :o I was looking at the calories burned and it does look HI to me I agree but the Calorie counter list is amazing very extensive :thumb:
