Thank you for the link. I'm quite familiar with the organization. It's a statewide advocacy and event organization. However, they I don't see anything to do with Bike To Work Day in Richmond on their website.
Any other ideas? I'll check with RABA.

Definitely check with RABA. I'm running a little behind so I'll have to find out from Champe (RABA president, and fellow VBF board member).
I think the VBF Cross-State Ride (http://www.vabike.org/2009-cross-state-ride/) is supposed to be joining festivities for the Governor's Bike Month Proclamation on the 15th. So check our site periodically and I'll try to remember to post back here too.

Thanks, Matt. I spoke with Champe and there is a convoy leaving from my area (Rocketts) and heading to Monroe Park. I don't know about other areas of the city, though.
