I'm lost.
I'm using an SRM PCVI and downloading into WKO+ on a Mac using VMware. I get the data fine, but when I click to clear the data nothing happens (it tells me to disconnect and try again). I have been able to clear the device using the SRM software, but that's another whole step.
Isn't there a way to clear the device without having it hooked up to your PC?
