I have a Trek T-1000 Tandem with shimano rear hub and would like to find an adaptor for a disc rotor (either center lock or international 6 bolt standard) Any suggestions? Manufacturer name or Distributor?

Precision Tandems (http://www.precisiontandems.com/) has "Disc Brake Hub Adapter / Disc Donut 6 Bolt design," in several widths. Give Mark a call to be sure of getting the part you need.
