Has anyone used an Alpha Q CX 20 Cyclo-cross carbon fork on a tandem? I guess in general, would it be safe to use a cyclocross carbon fork on a tandem?

The CX is a tandem rated fork which means is undergoes similar testing but it's technically not the same as a fork built specifically for tandem use. We experienced a catastrophic failure with the CX fork which resulted in serious injury to the stoker. So our advice is to stick with a fork designed for tandem use.
