Ok, it's looking like scattered showers and cool for Saturday, so I'm wimping out on the century preview. I'd like some nicer weather for that.
So instead, about 53 miles, 4000 feet or so. 5 good hills. Anyone interested?
Incidentally, I would classify this as a Gladiator type ride.
Sounds like fun, but I'm interested in watching the Land Park Criterium instead, that should be a lot of fun! I'll ride again with you soon!

HA! And to think I stuffed myself with multigrain pasta tonight in anticipation of tomorrow's ride.
Unless Alex wants to join me, I'll likely be alone. That's ok though. I can argue with myself and lose. And to think that of the 5 hills, none of them have a grade under 9% :eek:
I'll post the profile and ride report after. Oh, I'm gonna take my "new" CF stealth bike too. I need to get a black seatpost and a CF group for it.
Sorry Joel - I've got a "work day" at my local swim club that I need to work through tomorrow. Next few weeks I need to get some more miles in as I've got my first century coming up (Primavera) - hopefully when I've got that out of the way I can get enough browny points with the missus to take a trip to Sac Town one of these days.....

Hey, 5 hills is nothing for a guy that can drop 60 lbs. Go do it. I did the hills series today. Sorry, but it was a beautiful day to be out there. Didn't want to come home.

I'd join but I'm racing Cat 5 at Land Park, 8am. Also racing Bariani RR on Sunday. After these races it's nothing but hill training for the Devil Mountain Double. Maybe I'll catch you another weekend.
