I was wondering if anyone has been there, and if they would recommend it for someone to get their first real bike.

I've been to Remy sport and they're pretty good. John Paul is really nice guy and knows his stuff when it comes to fitting. Prices are little high for my taste but I guess he's catering to different crowd.

I haven't been to the new store, but from website it looks very nice.

After reading a few posts below you asked about Gears as well....Another pretty good shop again a little expensive but Kevin Wallace is another good fitter (although haven't been fit by him) and they mainly deal with Spec, Giant, Kuota, Guru's and some other stuff.

i've been to the new store several times. even a few days ago.

JP is the resident expert there, also co-owner.

depends on what you mean by real bike. they carry cannondale, kuota and look. still have a decent selection of mountain bikes. yes they are on the expensive side but maybe you can haggle. their selection is limited so you may want to decide on a brand first then ask here where to go.

their hours are also limited. 7pm at night and closed on sunday.

Good timing on my part I came across this thread as I was thinking of visting the new store tonight to look at a few Cannondale's. Are there any other good Cannodale dealers in the GTA area worth considering?
