So my legs are a bit sore today from yesterday's hillfest. I'm thinking that after lunch I'd ride up to Bealls Point and back from home in Rancho. Not a fast ride.

Anyone?

Easy was the operative word. I started out and had nothing in the legs. So it was active recovery.
