Ok. How about 28's on a 29er rim?
I bought some 700x28's for my Cross Check, I was planning to stick the 32's from my CC on my Monocog 29er.
Now I have this sick twisted desire to ride my Monocog with 28's.
Am I asking for trouble going that thin?

I've gone down to a 700x25 on my 29er and lived to tell the tale.

It all depends on your rim. What rims?

I have used Schwalbe Marathon 700x28's on my Indy Fab 29er SS.....no problems...the rims were Salsa Delgado disc

Ok, I finaly got around to this last night.
I Installed a pair of Ritchey speedmax 32c's on my Redline Monocog.
I was riding all around town like a 12 year old kid, it's really fun for cruising around town.
I highly recomend it.
