I am not that strong, and my friends describe me as lanky. I don't like this and I have the power to change this. I can eat almost any thing and find my self always being that skinny kid.
- 23 yrs- 6'4
- 185 lb
I just want to be bigger, fill in my body. I just signed up here I am going to start eating better and taking in more food that is better for my body. I just was wondering what I should start with in work outs and my food I should eat. ( If you can point me in the right direction or give me some tips that would be great ) Also I have not been working out so this is a first real go at it. I am a real amateur at this.
