I am looking at a used Brompton and the owner tells me that it doesnt fold small just the rear folds? It is about 10 years old and I couldnt find any info, thank you.

Doesn't sound right. I have a bottom-of-the-line Brompton that's 13 years old and it folds like every other Brompton I've seen: same fold as this year's models.

Frame damage = no fold on the hinge.

Stay away from that bike.
