Fifty Plus (50+) - looking to make this N+1

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. I have a chance to get this Masi caffe Solo. I have been riding this Masi for two days now and it is geared so much like my road bike I believe it would make a great addition to my stable. The price is right and my wife has given in. :D
I am close to dropping the hammer. I just think I will need bar ends to set it off.

It's difficult to evaluate this bike without a white garage door in the background. :roflmao2:

Is it white? It's hard to tell but if it is ,are you sure? What with all the things spoken about white bikes.

I think the 08 is listed as white. But you never know. And I called and decided it is my new n+1. It will be staying with me. My wife saw the look in my eyes and said go ahead and get it. :innocent:

Looks like a good one. I'd be looking for a different handlebar right off the bat. Something with some curve.

I don't want to put the cart before the horse so to speek But I have already been to the LBS. I have seen some bar ends that make it look a bit more like a treking bar. But I need to take my time. Additional expenses after talking my wife into a bike rather that just a spare set of wheels and rear Cassette could equate to time spent on a rather small sofa. Or at the very least a need to turn on the heater in the house.

Handlebars can be pretty cheap (especially compared to carpal tunnel). Every bike needs something changed.

I agree and it most likely will be one of the first changes. Well after a new set of Time Attack pedals.

Probably just the lighting, but the thing looks Celeste to me. If it's really white, maybe you can paint it later.
