Try some oil of oregano. Twice in the past month, it burned colds out of my system in a matter of hours.

But busted ribs, those suck. :(

Yarly. It's kind of part of what I do. Coughing, sneezing, and other non-normal breathing quirks will mess up your muscles of respiration (and pull on ribs, vertabrae, etc.)...I work with muscles. :)

Not allergies? Probably just some changing of the weather thing, then. Tucson's temperature has been quite indecisive this week...

Ugh, boo. I had the sniffles for a few days, but I think it's mostly out of me now. Kombucha is great. :)

So I sprained my rib and it was outta place and pinching a nerve. Got it popped back and passed out right after from shock lol. Still sick, it blows, feels like my head is gonna asplode.
