Hi all,

Finally i have completed the buildup on my SX as i wanted it. I got a new wheelset and tires, Sun MTX rims, Hope hubs, DT supercomp spokes, Nokian NBX 2.3DH tires. Basically i added 1pound on each wheel, but i didnt realise that while riding. What i realized though is that i can climb and descend much more stuff than i used to. Here are some pics.

BTW i am thinking of turning to the dark side...by getting a Lemond road bike.... in order to improve my pedalling, and to help myself quit smoking....

My bad, i dont have a second boss, only the one near the headtube, then i got a straight cable coming directly to this plastic guide. In other words, i got outers only from shifter to first boss.

Ok, I was already drooling from the heshey's bar...

The head angle looks pretty steep on that ride in the first picture. Is that the way the bike is or is that just perspective?

Nice ride, and the only one I would currently consider as a replacement for my MAX FSR. The Specialized website claims 4.5 inches of rear travel...is this a legitimate figure?

What is MSRP on that frame?

Yes the 4.5" is real and legit. As for the msrp, it is quoted on the US specialized site.

MSRP is $1,100 or $1,200, can't remember, however, I just bought one off of eBay for $550, barely used!
