if so what brands? My SKS Race Blades and Schwable Stelvio Plus 25s will NOT fit.

Race Blades fit on my Kilo, 25c Gotorskin up front and a 28c Vittoria Radonneur in the back.

Really? With my 25c there is about ZERO clearance on the fork. I might try some GS soon.

Don't get me wrong, the clearance between fender & downtube is almost non-existent, maybe .25" at most. If I hit rough patch of pavement, I usually have to adjust the front fender so that the stays don't rub the tire sidewall. That's how close the front is to the tire. But it fit's, and I just did a 40 mile ride with them with minimal issues.

70 x 25c Conti Gatorskin Ultras + SKS Raceblades on mine.

The raceblades are not the full fender variety. They fit behind the seatstay bridge and the fork crown.

I don't see how full fenders could work on this frame. Especially in front, there's about 4mm of clearance between the tire and the fork crown. It might be possible to run a full fender in the rear with the hub knocked all the way back in the dropouts.

err.... 700c that is. 70 x 25 is smaller than what I used to skate on. ;)
