There are a couple of downloadable maps here (http://www.udot.utah.gov/main/f?p=100:pg:3694709922211592:::1:T,V:2089), but it might not contain the kind of detail you're after. I'll keep looking.

that's better than i've found, but i thought it started in salt lake somewhere.

I've got on it in Farmington where it starts and have gone as far as Center st. in N. Salt Lake but I hear it is supposed to hook on to the Jordan river parkway somewhere.
