The Stagecoach Century is coming April 4th It should be fun. Also they have a team time trial, which can be 4 riders and a tandem bike class also.

If you haven't signed up yet, use the promo code "JK20" and save $20. I probably won't be there. Last year 30 mph headwind for the first half of the ride (made for a nice tailwind for the second half though :-)

Hmm. One of those "up the big hill" sort of rides eh. Looks fun but I don't know how I could get out there, not having an automobile and all.

I did stagecoach in 2007, it was too far and too cold.

Yes it the wind was bad last year. I did the winter stagecoach this year and the conditions were perfect. Most likely this year will be better.

Vireo rode there from Encinitas a few years ago.
He also did the Tour de Palm Springs that way. Rode to PS from Encinitas, did the tour, rode home. There is Vireo, then there are the rest of us. :p

Won't be cold, that's the winter ride. It will still probably be too far for you. :p
