I am thinking of buying this bike:

Its a 200W which is a little under powered. Then again, I'm a very large guy and with the homework I've been doing I need to push the legal limit at 500W if I want any decent help.

Anything over 200W is not legal as a pushbike, and also I tested it and it helps me get up the hills I want which I can't tackle by myself. In one way the fact it is underpowered is a bonus because I don't want to miss out on the exercise. I am just not sure of the quality of components and whether the type of batteries are the right kind.
I am mainly buying it to go to work, and I need some extra oomph to get me home. At the end of the day I don't want to have to get off the bike and walk.
