I went straight to bed when I got home from work this morning. I'm glad I did. When I woke up five hours later at noon, the sun was shining and the temp. was way up in the upper 50's. Tonight they're calling for rain to start and it'll last for a couple of days.
We decided to load the bikes into the Van and drive out to Hamlin Beach State park to ride around a little bit. As you can see, it's a bit of a job. I have to remove the sofa-bed from the the back and move one of the captains chairs over in the center of the truck, but the bikes fit nice and safe inside.

The weather at the lakeside State Park was just as nice as it was at home.

We had the park to ourselves as it's still quite early to be out and about up around these parts. Our average snowfall for April is 5", so we fully expect Winter to came back for a while before Real Spring arrives. The sneak preview was nice though.
