Man, I'm really loving this new interpretation. Sure, there are some things I don't like, but there are so many cool subtleties that were buried in the original reverb. This is really an album for headphones.

Also, the version I bought comes with the MTV Unplugged show on DVD. Man, they look so young. Great show. :D

Anyone else heard it? Like it, love it, hate it?

What'd they do, remaster the album?

I remember that Unplugged. It was when they were only 30 minutes long. Eddie starts writing on his arm with a sharpie or something during "Porch," IIRC.

BTW, they sound best when viewed from front row center seats. Me at their 1998 Alpine Valley show.

Yes. There will be re-mastered versions of all albums leading up to their 25 year anniversary in 2011. There is also a "re-produced" version that took out all the reverb and now sounds like you are sitting in the front row.

Yeah, he writes "PRO-CHOICE" on his arm...and he looks about 17 too :D

Never mind. Found it on Amazon. Sounds interesting. But they just had to remind the world what a horrilbly cheeseball cover the album had (when unfolded)...

By the way, I recommend anyone who likes Cowboy Junkies to pick up the revisited Trinity Session disc. Good stuff.
