well, the original word I was going to use was 'winky' but seeing as the first thing that pops into the mind is male organ, and seeing as it's not the point of the thread: schptzy

The other day, my schptzy started to hurt. It was driving me crazy. My friend took a look at it and gently touched it and Yikes! It hurt! She said to wash it with listerine and then with warm lemon tea. It musta worked 'cause by the evening, it stopped hurting.
You ever get that? When a taste bud on your schptzy just hurts?

My schotzy was acting up yesterday and it really limited my range of motion. When I consulted with my english doctor I was told to add a vowel. I did and sure enough I feel better.
