Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Sanwa 215 Cromoly Frame

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
OK, I just "won" this bike. Looks like the typical lower end 80s bike. It was one of those local pickup only ebay auctions. $31. I'll pick it up next week. I figured the components should cover the price. I've been running out of projects, so what the heck.
Awful ebay listing, lousy picture, few details. Might just be a donor.
Anyone know anything about this brand or model? Anything decent? The turkey levers and stem shifters are not a good sign.
Thoughts of value when rebuilt?

To quote a line from the movie, "The Dirty Dozen",
"Never heard of it"
Probably one of those not so well known brands that came out of Japan before the yen shock hit. There are 44 other posts that include that name here on BF, but not many pics.
If it's got a chromoly frame, it looks like it should bring around $100 cleaned up.
Yes, I figured it was one of those generic Japanese brands in the 80s. We'll have to see if its worth a clean up, or just supplies a few parts. At least the crankset (from the lousy pic) looks decent.

I had one that I sold last year. Got $150 for it.
Rode it for 25 years. It was a great riding bike.
