I am searching for a single speed cyclocross frame to build my first cyclocross bike. I have found options from Felt, Surly, Specialized, Soma, Raleigh, And Motobecane. I am looking for opinions. I know there are some of those out there. I want good quality and a price that doesn't make building my bike become an unrealized dream.
Are Motobecane fantom cross uno frames anygood?
Thanks for the replies in advance.
I really want to get started on this project.

i think for the money the motobecane is a GREAT value , i would rate it as being built as well as say a redline conquest or a fuji ,there are quite a few members on this board who swear by them , so i say go for it:)

go with it.
I have a older motobecane mtb frame, I beat up that bike so much when I was in my teens. I will have it and it still rides really good.
I also have a coworker that has a motobecane road bike. He toured all over europe with it and he now commutes 30+ miles each way, about 5 times a day on that same bike. he says he needs a new headset and a new bottom bracket, but none of those problems has anything to do with the frame. It just came with so-so components.
Great value and reliable. go for it
