Mountain Biking - Straightline components
Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does Straightline make quality components? I need to replace the brake lever on my Stinky. I've seen their ads in my Decline magazines and was wondering if anyone know first hand.
Yes they make quality stuff. But for the price, think first of Twenty6 Components (http://www.twenty6products.com/), made in our "back yard" by Tyler Jarosz over in Belgrade, Montana (outside of Bozeman). Tyler is a nice young guy who has been coming to the Northwest races and has excellent products that he machines himself.
If you want to know any more about Tyler and his goods, feel free to PM me. I'm running his Boxxer-compatible direct-mount stem.
As a Canadian, I would love to support local grown and they make great products. However they are at the top of the price chain.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll drop you a line, dminor. If the price is right I'll buy them for my stab and put H9's on the stinky.
