Rookie question, I know! I am selling my 06 Six13 on ebay that I've had for less than a year. I received a question from a bidder asking whether it is setup for BB30 or not. How do I tell? Thanks!

Post a picture and someone may be able to help you. BB30 is a larger, oversize design. If its not oversize and it takes a standard BB then no, its not.

I have this pic for now, and can take another after work: http://i98.photobucket.com/albums/l242/mjdwyer23/Bike%20Stuff/IMG_3727.jpg

I don't think thats a BB30 crank/BB. It looks like a standard outboard bearing crank to me and there isn't a BB30 logo on the crank although I cant be definitive. Does the BB unit have outboard bearing cups on either side of the BB/frame?

The BB30 design has the BB cups sitting internally.

It would help if we could see the bottom bracket...

However, I agree with mjd, it looks like a standard sized BB. I don't know that FSA makes a BB30 crank, do they?

FSA does offer BB30

OK, I did a little googling and it appears that yours is a MegaExo, e.g. not a BB30. FSA DOES make 3 cranks for BB30, the K-Force Light, the Gossamer, and the SLK, but not the K-Force "Classic."

it can always have an adaptor installed, just to confuse you.
