You need a good paint job. If it is good paint and the buyer recognizes it, you may get more as it is "customized".
Make sure to get a reputable painter. A friend of mine owned a body shop. Your best bet is to go to a body shop. If you see a car out there with a color you like, request it and have the frame painted that color. I did that with an older BMX I had. The color was Ford Red from 1994 and I added a small amount of finely crushed metalflaks & a pearlcoat.
You can get pretty creative when it comes to paint. Make sure to strip down the entire bike and prep before attempting to go to a body shop. If you are lucky, you can have them do it for real cheap if they are already painting a car. Each paint is mixed on a car by car basis. No 2 colors are alike ever unless it is from the same batch. Add a small amount of pearlcoat to any paint job and it makes it very very nice. I am beginning to like the carbon color a lot. I think the 2004 Allez Sport comes in that color.
Then again, you can Krylon it and watch the value go down the $hitter.
I just noticed you were in the city. If I find a place, I'll let you know. Vice versa.

timmhaan,
CRSO is correct in advising you of making sure the paint work is top grade professional in appearance. I will add another piece of advice, to really make your bike have the factory "Look", select some of your favorite (if you have any) factory Specialized bike decals and have a set of them made up at a local sign shop. You can do some really trick things, like changing decal colors and customizing. But the cool part is that they are duplicates (for the most part) of factory decals. If you can't actually take in old decals, go to a bike shop and shoot some digital pics.
I went through this process a couple of years ago and every single cycling bud that's seen the restoration done to one of my bikes has remarked that it never looked as good when it was brand new. The decals ran me $40 for two comoplete sets.
