There's a lot of information here, so I'm not going to comment on specifics until I've had a chance to digest this a little bit more. All I will say now is that it looks quite ambitious, compared to what's been built here in the last 20 years.

I'm sure all the usual pundits will pipe up though...

Yep, that's the Sullivan Gulch Trail, it's an idea that's been tossed around as a concept for at least the last five or ten years.
