Anyone know what model this is and is it even worth looking at for $70?

Is it worth $70? That's not a bad price but the question is, what kind of repairs will it require. Does it need a tune up, grease the bearings, does the chain need to be replaced? If you are interested, go look at it. Check the brakes front an back. Check the shifters, watch the derailers, go through ALL the gears up and down. Bring your pump, ask if you can pump up the tires. Unless they flat out say no, insist on pumping them up and if they refuse to let you, that's a bad sign. If you can pump them up, ride it. As for the price, if it's ride ready (it doesn't look it) it's worth the price, if it's not ride ready, but all it truly needs is a tire or a couple of tubes, that's no big deal and I'd still buy it.
I'm assuming you're buying it to ride it. If you're looking to flip it, it's too high priced. If you are going to keep it, make sure it's a good fit. At that price, if it's a bad fit, walk away.
In ready to ride condition, needs no work at all, that's a roughly $100 bike.
+1 Ready to ride it is worth around $100. If it needs almost any work, and you are not ready and able to do the work, it quickly becomes worth about $25.
Pictures show two flat tires, not a good sign. If I was trying to sell a bike, I would at least air up the tires.
Odds that this bike has been well maintained? Just about zero.
