Does the design of this seatpost cause extra stress on frame's seat tube?

No additional stress should happen. That post reminds me of a bent wang, though. Looks weird. If it's cool with you don't worry about it.

Thanks, I was thinking that the leverage created by my weight being further back would hurt the seat tube of the frame.
