I had one for a while. I really liked the width of the nose and the cut out. The back was a bit narrow when sitting upright. This saddle is made for riding in the aero position. If you can be aero most of the time, it's very comfortable. If you're upright a lot you might not find it as comfy. Also, the padding broke down much more quickly than other saddles I've tried. It didn't last the winter on the trainer.
yes, aero.
i'm more concerned with the cutout... i've never ridden a cutout and was wondering how it feels when in the aerobars.
ps, i'm a dude. is the slit for chicks?

I think the saddle is designed for men. But women can have soft tissue problems caused by pressure as well... therefore saddles with cutouts for women.
Came with my bike and I used it for 6 months, it was OK. Switched to an Airione and could not be happier even without the cutout.
