+1, that is irritating on craigslist. I would make a low offer based on the worth of the parts, the campy crank has super record chain rings. I would offer 150, and feel confident that the brakes, crank and derailleurs and Rolls saddle were worth way more than that.

The frame is probably nice too, but I can't tell the condition from the pics. It's worth a shot, he might not care about the full value, or he maybe he does, you never know.
